order FFPET275421 - this was ordered on 5th September, still undelivered. Contacted customer service on 15th but no response. Received email on 29th September to say item is on its way but the tracking is useless, it doesn't actually tell you anything. This company presents itself as a UK business but is clearly not. Everything comes from China. I will never order anything again from this company.
