The time in which it took to get the order. I forgot I even ordered it.

Well made. The loveseat cover is too big; the sofa cover is too small. Shipping took awhile. However once it shipped, communication and tracking were good Found it hard to communicate with your company before placing the order.

The product is great but it should not take 3 months to get here. Both times I ordered that happened.

The products were received and were accurately described. However, the cost was higher than we thought it should be for the quality. Also, and more importantly, it took WEEKS for our order to ship. We were almost to the point of believing that it would never ship and we would be scammed. The vendor should have more accurate updates available on time of packing shipping. I actually only received an email notification of shipment AFTER I sent an email to their customer service requesting a cancellation. The timing may have been a coincidence.

overall I like the covers so far it's only been 2 days. problem is they put a quality control sticker on the cover and it won't come off. tried many times and it started to rip the material as it came off. Very upset about this as my dog is trying to eat it and it will tear the cover as he tries to get it off.

The shipping. It took some time, but I received the package. Be prepared to wait. And when received, the pillows that are to be inserted into the cover take some time to fluff up. That should have been mentioned. But after all of that, my dog LOVES the bed. Thank you

Very slow shipping. Takes approx 3 months to get item Hard to track item.

Zero indication that the shipping would take over a month then once the shipping started being updated I was inundated with emails. Product is fine but nothing I couldn't have gotten for less money and time.
