It took more than 30 days for the…
It took more than 30 days for the package to arrive. I never received tracking. I asked to cancel the order because it was taking too long long. Once I received the package back in Aug, I asked to return the items because they arrived so late and I did not like the quality. I never heard a response to my request. I want a refund!

The delivery took almost a month
The delivery took almost a month, even though their website says otherwise. The price is high for the quality of the material.

Do not order from this company!!!
Placed an order for over £100 on the 12th September and still nothing delivered. Emailed customer services three times and have had one reply to say they are working on my order. Paid by credit card so trying to get my money back. Do not order from this company!!!!

I never received my order and although…
I never received my order and although I purchased shipping protection with 100% money back guarantee, I was never refunded. I went back and forth with their customer service for months. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Update after FunnyFuzzy’s reply: Im shocked someone from FunnyFuzzy has even replied since I’ve been trying to get this order refunded since July 21. My order was placed on June 21. I purchased express shipping, which said it was to be delivered in 3-7 business days. I also purchased shipping protection, which guaranteed 100% payment and protection against delay, damage, loss, or theft. When I reminded FunnyFuzzy of this and sent an screenshot of the shipping protection guarantee, they ignored it. I was told by FunnyFuzzy that my express order was actually sent via “sea transportation” and there was no way to know when it would arrive. I was also told they could not refund my order until I received the items and paid to ship them back. I already wasted so much time and money on this. Now, I am getting a response saying my order was delivered over a month late and asking me to provide them photos of my home and address so they can check. I am not sure why shipping protection was even offered.

Avoid Funny Fuzzy. Unethical business practices
No response from company for simple questions and I checked the spam. After 17 business days we went to Pay Pal and got a refund. I also found out this company was supposed to be considered shut down in the UK for poor products and not following their refund policies. Why do they still have a site to visit and are being allowed to collect funds? Company selling ‘sub-standard’ pet supplies from China shut down By Gov . UK

Total Scam
EDIT: 21st Oct 2025 Following a formal complaint reminding them of their obligation to deliver goods ordered within the EU within 30 days FunnyFuzzy have now apologised and refunded me in full I ordered 2 dog beds from this company on 1st July Order cost €227.85 including shipping protection. Despite emailing their "customer service" dept I have still not received my order nor any answer from them. They regularly advertise on Facebook and I have reported them to FB but no response has been received from them either. I am now reporting them to Consumer Protection Ireland. I feel this company is a total scam and should be avoided

Terrible customer service
I ordered a dog bed in August that still to this day hasn’t arrived. I emailed the support team who said there was a supply chain issue. They suggested I wait and they’d refund me a percentage back for the inconvenience. It’s now October, I have no bed and not single penny back. I’ve had no response from them since. Purchase with cautious as this company maybe be fraudulent.
