Do not order from Funny Fuzzy
Do not order from Funny Fuzzy. This is my second complaint. After my last complaint on Trustpilot Funny Fuzzy of course responded with an apology but have not replied to any emails from me since. I placed my order almost 2 months ago. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't mind taking your money though. I repeat, Do not order from Funny Fuzzy!

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered back Aug 14 . I have reached out . The last responce was it left the building Oct 6th I track the package and it can not give any information. Shein orders come on faster then this company. And it comes from China. Very disappointing I guess I cut my losses. Please please don't order from this company!!!

If I could, I would give zero star
Placed an order on 29/09. I reached out on 06/10 asking about the tracking number and they said because I ordered a best seller, the order would take a few extra days. Today is 13/10, they stopped replying my emails. I want the money back as if I knew it would take forever to receive (if I ever do), I wouldn’t have bought.

If I could give them a negative 1M I would. It took over 3 months to get my package and when I contacted them they kept blaming it on whatever reason they plucked from the sky. When I asked for a refund, they denied me and tried to pawn it off on the company delivering the product. I will never buy anything from this company again!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Still haven’t received my dog car bed after nearly 6 week for waiting. Zero response from customer services despite being sent a tracking number saying my items was dispatched and due for delivery weeks ago. A total scam do not order. Reported them on Instagram
