Seems like a scam
I think this is company is running a scam Order number FFPET270480 Sofa cover £46.25 Ordered on 15.08.25 I emailed customer support on 29.08.25 to ask for a delivery update, they said there would be a delay and theyd offer me a 10% discount upon delivery, I accepted. (Seems like theyve used this on everyones order reading the reviews as a way to stall!) I emailed them again on 20.09.25 - still not delivered. No response. Chased again on 10.10.25 No response It has now been 9 weeks since I ordered this, still no update or refund. They should not have sold something that was out of stock at the very least it should have been made clear upon purchase that there would be a significant delay / wait. I will be making my friends and family aware not to use this site as they were looking at it. Seems like they could be running a scam
