It took so long to receive the cool bed. It would have been nice to know that it was coming from China??

Update: I have changed my rating to three stars. Funny fuzzy got in touch with me immediately after I posted here and then refunded my order within a week. Would I order from them again...no, but at least they responded quickly to my Trustpilot review and refunded me. We bought another dog bed on Amazon from a company called HEGGCOOE. The bed was delivered the next day and is great! I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering with this company. I got an order confirmation but no delivery date. I emailed them two days ago asking for a delivery date and no response. It is worrying to see how many people her have complained about the lack of communication and the company's response (e.g. we have emailed you, the email must be stuck in your junk mail; or we are trying to locate your order...) We need the car seat for our holiday but having seen the reviews I fear we won't have it in time...

Love my purchase, but the delivery time was way too long.

Like the product but the amount of time for delivery was not good. Plus the tracking system is useless!!!

Maj au 26/07 : j’ai reçu une réponse du SAV, et enfin mon colis quelques jours +tard, ce n’est pas de qualité exceptionnelle mais les articles correspondent bien à la commande même si le lien de suivi ne fonctionne pas, la livraison a tout de même été faite + d’1 mois après la commande. La patience est de mise, je reviens donc sur mon 1er commentaire ci-dessous... Commande #FR38953 passée il y a déjà 1 mois,paiement encaissé et aucune nouvelle depuis. Ce site est une arnaque... la marque ne répond pas aux mails et le formulaire de contact de leur site ne fonctionne pas...fuyez!

I think the quality of the product is average for the cost. It works fine on my couch and looks fine. It also took too long to get to me.

Product is good. Shipping time is terrible. They don't communicate that it will be weeks and weeks to get the couch covers. Again, I am very satisfied so far with the product itself (only been in place for a few days so far, not washed yet).
