My spouse ordered two dog beds in late June ("Fully Orthopedic Surround Support Waterproof Large Outdoor Dog Bed"). It is August 9th (over 6 weeks later), and our order still has not been delivered. The tracking number for the alleged shipment is not trackable. We would like an update on our shipment within the next 2 business days, please.

Comment passer le 2 juillet aucune nouvelle depuis le 10. Nous sommes désormais le 9 août aucune nouvelle deux mails de relance j’ai fait une demande de rétractation mais petite précision le colis a été expédié donc je suppose aucun remboursement prévu, je suis déçu et dégoûté. Le panier était très joli sur la photo j’avais qu’une envie c’était de le recevoir. J’appelle le numéro numéro chinois alors que c’est une entreprise aux États-Unis c’est une stupide blague.

Scam
Scam, Do not order! I ordered from them back in May and I still, in August haven't received anything. I have contacted customer service numerous times about a refund and I have not gotten my money back. Do not order from them!

Jamais reçu ma commande et pas de réponse
je ne suis pas là seule à ne pas recevoir ma commande hélas et à n'avoir aucune réponse du service client. Pour ma part je vais signaler le site qui affiche une adresse en France avec un numéro de téléphone en Chine. Cela m'apprendra à faire plus attentionune prochaine fois Surtout ne commandez pas sur ce n'est pas déjà fait. Ils encaissent et n'expédient rien Heureusement que ce n'était pas une grosse commande j'en ai pour une trentaine d'euros de ma poche 🥺🥺

Do not buy anything from FunnyFuzzy
I ordered $141 of products 6/5/26 from FunnyFuzzy. My credit card was immediately charged for the full amount. The email confirming my order the next day said the order was on its way and to check my tracking number for updates. But there was no tracking number. FAQs on the web site said to download the app for tracking info. Nothing there either. 2 weeks passed. No updates. No tracking number. I then sent 4 emails over the next 3 weeks but customer service had a form email response. They were busy. They would be back to me soon. But nope, nothing. Then on 7/31/26 I received an email saying my order was on it's way, with a tracking number, and to use my tracking number for delivery updates . The tracking number was inactive. I check back daily but the tracking number remains inactive. My advice is...don't buy anything from FunnyFuzzy. Trust Pilot gave me the opportunity to update my review after this response below from FunnyFuzzy. In the response FunnyFuzzy instructed me to reply to the email they sent to Trust Pilot. Of course as you can see there is no email address in the response to respond to. So I will email their customer service again but I don't expect a personal response from them since I have received none thus far, and neither did the Better Business Bureau who also contacted them. The tracking number they emailed me on 7/31/2026 is still inactive. Again my advice to you is don't buy anything from FunnyFuzzy. 9/20/26. I have read FuzzyFunny updated review and they claim they do not have an order for me. That is an absolute lie. On 7/31/26 they sent me the first email that i had received since I placed my order 6/5/26. They said my order was on its way. Even gave me a tracking number. The tracking number has never been active, although I have checked it at least 8 times. I have sent them emails since then, always including my order number, and they never respond. Once again...do not order from this company. It is a scam.

1✨is not deserved. Ordered & paid for animal blanket 20/6/26. I followed up on 12/7/26 as id not received an update. A few weeks later I received a generic email that included a tracking link. This did not work. -cording to feedback - order unknown. On 25/7/26 I reached out again. No response. Thankfully I ordered via PayPal and on 5/8/26 commenced a complaint which PayPal promptly dealt with based on my evidence. I do not recommend this company. Very bad customer experience, only generic communication- sometimes!
