DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED ITEMS 2 MONTHS LATER. AFTER EMAILING THEM THEY CAN TELL ME WHERE MY ITEN IS OR WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED! SCAM DO NOT BUY!!! ORDERED ON 28/08/2025 … STILL NO ORDER!! OFFERED 10% DISCOUNT BUT THEY DONT LNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS! MY ORDER IS TOTALLY £190 … I AM SO ANGRY!

Ein Stern ist wohl noch zuviel. Ich warte seit über 2 Monaten auf mein Hundebett. Und dieses wird wohl nie kommen. Habe zwar nach einem Monat nachgefragt und einmalig eine wirklich nette Antwort erhalten, aber die war wohl KI generiert. Also Finger weg von diesem betrügerischen Shop. Übrigens... einen Tag nach meiner Bewertung habe ich von Funny Fuzzy die gleiche Standard (KI generierte) Antwort erhalten, es täte Ihnen leid, man würde alles versuchen und der Sache nachgehen. Die absolut gleiche Antwort wie bei meiner ersten Bemängelung von vor einem Monat. Fake Shop, und nochmals Finger weg.

Don’t use, it’s a scam
I ordered a dog car bed from them in August it’s now late October and nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed their customer service twice and had no response and left comments on their numerous Facebook ad’s but they don’t respond and delete the comments. It’s a SCAM company DO NOT order from them.

Bonjour, J'ai passé une commande le 08 septembre 2025 et je n'ai toujours rien reçu, numéro de commande FF671752S. Je vous ai fait plusieurs mails mais à ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse !!! Le service client qui se dit être joignable 24h/24h et 7j/7j est inexistant !!!

Return & refund process is a shambles
I had our purchased a coat for our pup, it was too big and she didn’t like it. I asked how to return 8 emails later I got the return address. I have heard nothing since and have now sent a further 2 emails asking where my money is. There are so many things I’d like to purchase on this site but I will never go near them again ****in response to the company’s comments, I have now sent 2 emails with the details to your email address that you state I should contact you on?? I also have proof of return (as I could foresee this happening) *****

SCAM
Never received my order. When offered a refund I said yes please but never received the refund and they don’t reply to Emails. One big SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I have placed several orders with them in the past with no issues, but my last order has been an absolute joke. I placed an order back on 14 August 25, for €75, so not a small amount of money. I have sent NUMEROUS emails asking the status and every single time they come up with a ridiculous response of my offer being placed on priority and as a gesture of goodwill they will provide a compensation refund of 20%. Just give me what I paid for, or simply refund me my FULL amount!
