Order #FF7923AU - was placed on 28 May 25, and was advised 6 June that there would be a delay. Three months later I received the extra bed covers included in the order but, it's now 22/10/25 and no sign of the actual extra large cushion bed i ordered. They have also stopped responding to any of my follow-up emails.

Commande FR44020 effectuée le 1er octobre. Zéro nouvelle. Pour un montant de 97, 14 euros. J'ai écris à ce jour 3 fois zéro réponse, pour le suivi, et la demande de remboursement. Pas la peine d'écrire que la réponse est dans les spams. J'ai vérifié zéro réponses nulle part spams et autres. Merci de procéder à une réponse rapide et un remboursement de la totalité.

No sign of order after 4 weeks!
Unfortunately like many others I seem to have been left in the lurch with an order worth over £100 and still no sign of it four weeks later!! Offered a 10% discount which I’ve refused and have since chased twice for a refund. Bizarrely enough, the marketing team seem to be able to send out multiple emails / texts / app notifications with deals and offers that they cannot fulfill. Have submitted a grievance with PayPal in the hope that I receive my money back. Order FFPET278328

DO NOT BUY!!!!
Already written a review of 1 star but here is another. Absolutely shocking quality, couldn’t be any thinner or cheaply made. Took a month to arrive so I was promised a refund, this was back in July, still no refund. I tried to return the items but they wouldn’t give me the address and now it’s well past the returns window. They do not reply to emails. Tried to raise a dispute with PayPal but they sided with the seller because it was after 30 days. The only reason it was after 30 days is because I was trying to get hold of Funny Fuzzy and they were not getting back to me. Absolutely furious, complete scam company

ARNAQUE VOL FRAUDE
Commandé passée le 4 Octobre (numero ##FR44197), j'ai été débité mais aucune expedition en cours. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails sur l'adresse indiquée pour demander un remboursement, sans aucun retour. J'ai donc saisi "signal conso" ( site du gouvernement) afin d'alerter de la situation la DGCCRF et avoir une réponse de la société. J'ai eu la notification comme quoi Funnyfuzzy a bien pris connaissance de la plainte mais toujours pas de retour ! Reglez le probleme rapidement ! J'invite les autres personnes à s'etre fait arnaquer à le signaler sur signalconso afin que les enqueteurs de la repression des fraudes prennent le sujet au serieux.

Terrible service
I ordered my item at the end of August. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have emailed customer services and I had a reply offering 20% off for the delay but have had no indication when this will be delivered. This is not good enough for an expensive product. My dog is now left without a safe travel bed as they are still holding my money. This is terrible service.

Waste of my time and money
I ordered a dog bed for the car back in August. I thought I had checked that there was a base in UK but I sincerely doubt this. I have asked for updates, been told my order is being prepared with no sign of it! Have asked for refund if they can’t supply no response. Waste of time.Order no FFPET272067 which was included on my last email 19/10 to which FF replied they were ‘preparing my order’. Every email I have sent has order number on. Please provide refund.
