Still waiting and no response
Have placed an order FF16668AU on the 24th September, and still not received. There has been no updates regarding whether it has been dispatched for delivery. I have attempted to contact them via their form and email, without any response. I have also requested a refund without any response. Update: I appreciate their reply on the review and can confirm I have received a full refund.

Would give zero stars
Happy to take your money then not send any items or communicate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took money off me for a dog bed. 2 weeks after I contacted them they said they are having a problem with getting some items- which I said fine I’ll wait. 2 more weeks no update so I emailed Again no reply, emailed again no reply. It’s like some automated bot or a total idiot replies as the same reply comes back whatever question you ask. It took 6 emails to get a response. I ended up using resolver and got my money back. They will try their luck to steal your money and not send the item. Bad customer service. Don’t respond to emails. Disgraceful I think it’s just a massive SCAM!

Awful service
I have emailed three times now and heard nothing back which is absolutely ridiculous. It was ordered 5 weeks ago and I needed it last week, asked to cancel, asked for a refund, asked for delivery update 2 weeks ago. No response, do not bother! What a joke

Placed an order with this company on 5/10/25 . Have received a confirmation order & nothing else . Emailed them on 22/10 & heard nothing . Would not recommend this company

Commande effectuée le 05/09 qui a bien été confirmée par mail le jour même mais je n'ai jamais reçu de courriel de notification d'envoi avec un numéro de suivi et mon compte bancaire a bien été débité. Je suis toujours en attente de la livraison. Impossible de vous joindre, aucune réponse à mes mails. Je crois que je me suis fait arnaquée
