Délais d expédition trop long !!

J'ai commandé sur le site funny fuzzy un coussin à memoire de forme et un panier de transport. La livraison a été faite en 2 temps, après un contact via trustpilot, le service client répond aux commentaires (mais pas aux mails). Le second produit a été expédié après mon contact. Le panier est très bien, parfait pour le transport. Le coussin à mémoire de forme un peu léger en épaisseur mais apprécié par mon chien

The product turned out well, but shipping took a really long time and seemed to languish in "processing" for nearly month. Would still recommend the product though. High quality and fit perfectly.

Commande jamais reçue. J'ai écris au service après vente qui s'est excusé pour le délais de la livraison mais sans me donné plus de détail. J'ai renvoyé un mail 1 mois plus tard mais plus de réponse. A la date du 23/07 je n'ai toujours reçu aucun mail malgré ce que dit leur réponse. Et oui j'ai été voir dans mes spam 24/7 ils m'ont remboursé

Hoping it holds up better thaj it looks. Material feels & looks cheap & not durable.

My order came today, ordered it 29th June (20 days). 7th July I got my shipment confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking didn't work. Not the best for getting any updates. After checking Trust Pilot I started to get worried about it being a scam or not arriving. Glad to say it's finally arrived and I'm happy with the product.

I have previously ordered from FunnyFuzzy, was kept informed of shipping and product duly arrived. Quality was good and I was impressed. I placed another order on 07.07.2025, other than my order confirmation I haven’t received any further information. I have contacted them twice for an update, first email was sent, second email was unable to send! Funny thing is they do keep sending me marketing emails, saying that they haven’t heard from me for a while!! On reading other reviews, I am now beginning to think I got lucky with my first order. Think I will be needing to contact my bank for a refund. Shame really as I had high hopes for this company. Slowly but surely I am being put off ordering on line and edging towards buying British made goods.

I was very worried that this just a scam and that I was going to lose all the money I spent. It took so long to get the Fuzzy couch from who knows where it came from. Originally I was told it would be delivered June 20th but the tracking number didn't work. It finally came July 15th.
