Excellent product and communication via…
Excellent product and communication via email on the delivery delays. The only downside is that I placed the order in early November and just received it at the end of January. Hence, the issues with international orders! Love the product!

Great News about lost order
It took a bit to get a lost order. I blame US customs not FF. FF Customer Service came through. While three months late, I have it . I LOVE IT! This was my 6th FF purchase. Their products are perfect. Huge fan!!! 4 PAWS x 2.
