Product quality is good but the shipping process and times are horrible. When I try to go to the tracking info it’s some generic fulfillment company that doesn’t provide tracking updates or anything.

Order not sent, no responses to emails Update; They responded and I got a full refund.

Livraison longue. Aucune information et aucune communication ! Malgré 2 mails envoyés, aucune réponse. J’ai cru m’être fait arnaqué pendant un moment. Malgré tout j’ai reçu le produit qui est conforme à la description même si je trouve que ça reste cher pour ce que c’est. Presque 90€ pour un coussin classique.

EDIT: My product arrived on the 1st August. My pup uses it and it’s a nice size. I do not think the price is representative of the quality of the item. EDIT: Shipping information was emailed to me 28th July with the tracking. I can see that it was shipped on the 4th July from China and should arrive shortly. I searched my inbox and couldn’t find a shipping email but there is always the possibility it went straight to junk and got deleted. Previous: Ordine FF2278IT I placed my order on the 2nd July 2025. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot I contacted them on the 9th July 2025 by email, they replied on the same day stating that they could not give a timeline on when my order would be dispatched. I waited but on the 23rd July 2025 I emailed to ask for a refund as my pup needs a bed. No reply.
