Placed order and has not been shipped
Placed order and has not been shipped. Numerous emails with only one response stating shipping is delayed. Months waiting for my order and nothing received as yet. Sad as I have 6 dogs and would have purchased regularly.

Do not use this company
I recommend that any potential customers do not use this company. I placed an order with this company on 15/10/25 for 2 sofa throws. Sadly I have not received any further confirmation to say that my order is dispatched & when I go onto their website & try to log in, it does not recognise my email address. Despite this, they still manage to bombard me with advertising to the very email address that they say does not exist! I have sent numerous emails to their customer service address asking for my order or a refund, however unfortunately, I have not had the courtesy of a reply. Further to my initial review, I received a reply on Trustpilot from FunnyFuzzy asking for the order number and stating that they could not locate my order. Having sent this information again the company has again gone quiet, although they still continue to forward advertising to my email address!
