Product is great and it fits well- Only down fall is lack of communication from dispatch after attempting to reach out twice for an update after the tracking label was created. However I did get a response, but after the courier did.

Poor communication regarding shipment and expected delivery statuses.

The price and quality of material wasn’t worth the money. Should put elastic to prevent from sliding off couch. Its like putting a placemat on my sectional.

Great product, lousy follow-up, visibility on expected date of delivery. Basically over 3 weeks totally blind. Can do a lot better and to me is critical. Good luck!

I ordered two things and they came just over a week apart which was frustrating. I got the “spine protecting” dog cushion bed (has goodnight decal on it) the image on line makes it appear like the back is raised, but the bed is completely flat. This is fine for my little dogs but maybe not so much for bigger ones who I dont think would have as much support. Overall it does the job but I’m glad I didn't pay full price. The faux rabbit blanket was far thinner than pictured, the colour and design is the same, but that’s about it. Quite disappointed as I’ll definitely need to use a second blanket with it. Again, glad I didnt pay full price as it wouldnt be worth it

The couch covers are pretty, but they are much thinner material than they look in the pictures, and my cat's claws go right through them. It took nearly 2 weeks to deliver, and although we received daily updates on the shipment, there were way too many email updates and they weren't accurate.

The couch cover is good and sturdy and is what I’m was expecting. The order process was very frustrating. Weeks after ordering I didn’t have any shipping information. When I reached out I was told it was delayed but no idea of for how long. I then asked for a refund and no one replied. I sent 4 different emails asking for a refund and no one responded. Finally a week after asking for a refund I got tracking info. Almost a month to the order date the cover showed up. Until then the whole thing felt like a scam and was very frustrating. I like the product but I don’t know if I’ll order anything else from them again because of the lack of communication and transparency.
