Update on earlier review. Company offered 10% discount when I asked for a refund. I repeated request and they offered 20 per cent discount. When I repeated request for refund they said they had referred to another dept. This is exactly what they said to my wife a week ago and neither of us have heard anything. They’ve now asked for the reference that was provided to them after my first review and in 3 emails I’ve sent to them. They’ve now repaid
