The fact that all this company experienced with all the unexpected problems from without (they had no control over) they stayed true to their customers and met their obligations to them! I received the order yesterday (2/1/26) that I had ordered months ago. It never came, never came, never came…even though I had inquired about it. My wife and I finally forgot about it and just wrote it off. But they didn’t.

This is our second time ordering from Funny Fuzzy and we're happy with all of our purchases. While it took quite a while to receive our order, Funny Fuzzy responded to my emails, delivered very high quality products and provided a gift voucher and thank you card explaining the reasons for the delays. I'm giving 5 stars because of the product quality and the thankyou card explaining their delays.

It took 3 months to get the product, and it came damaged. First time using your company and I get stuff happens. So depending on how it gets resolved will determine if I purchase anything in the future. Scott So they responded. Definitely took care of the issue. Will continue to use them.
