The cover I bought is too small. It’s more like a throw than a cover. But it is pretty and well made. I wish I had measured my couch better.

It took too long to get the product and then the wrong product was sent. The communicator was polite and courteous, but never really solve my problem.

Trust Pilot and FUNNYFUZZY have been in contact with me. Somehow my order for my dog's cooling bed got mislaid. FUNNYFUZZY have apologised for the delay and are in the process of sorting out the problem.

So, first time order from FF. At time of order, estimated delivery was 5 days later. Never did receive promised notice of item being shipped. Had downloaded the app to be able to follow the progress, however when registering for such, the promised acknowledgment email never arrived. Tried it twice, on two different days. So after 3 weeks, I emailed FF asking the status of the order, stating that if it hadn't yet been shipped, to cancel the order and refund. To their credit, the positive part of this experience, is that they replied in less than 24 hours, with information of when it was shipped (which was after my inquiry). I responded with an expression of my disappointment that they went ahead and shipped, after I had asked them to cancel. Again, they responded in a timely manner, giving me instructions on how to return, if I desired to do so. Bottom line. I received the order about one month after ordering. The item looks to be as shown on the website, but it's going to be a gift for someone else, so I can't speak to the full extent of the quality of the couch blanket. Their communication was good, after the gap between the initial immediate order acknowledgment and the three weeks of silence until I reached out to them. During the waiting period, I did online searches for reviews of the company, and found many similar experiences to mine. Because of this, I personally would not order from them again, although the product itself looks to be good, and their troubleshooting communications were expedient.

Blanket doesn’t cover the whole daybed mattress, but we were able to fill in the gap with a bunch of pillows.

Great product, but very long to received it

Sehr lange Lieferzeit. Artikel ist farblich sehr schön, allerdings das Material sehr sehr dünn.

First, tracking the parcel was not possible. Yes I received an email saying that it has been sent but that's it. Second the product itself is delivered with no notice, so I have to understand by myself how to set it up. Plus, to finish, in the description it was indicated that the car Car Seat- Pup was elevated but it is not the case at all.. At least the quality seems to be good.
