Negative experience with you
My experience with you Washington negative because I asked you in Washington possible to change the pouche size because was to large but nobody answered me.

Not waterproof!
These took forever to receive, about 6 weeks. They are decent quality but they are definitely not waterproof. Learned that the hard way after I put on new couches and my puppy had an accident. Overall very disappointed

Never got my order
I spent $140 on two couch covers. Ordered in July, its now December. They never arrived. Customer service "assured" me the items were in transit when I contacted them in late August. (I never received any shipping info). They have since stopped responding. This is a total scam. How they can operate a business like this without getting shut down is ludicrous. My advice: avoid this company unless you want to pay for things you never receive. UPDATE: After submitting my original review on trust pilot, I received an email with "tracking information." According the tracking number provided, my order has been sitting in an undisclosed USPS facility since December 27th 2025. Let me reiterate: THIS IS A SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR THINGS YOU NEVER RECEIVE.

Very disappointed - scam?
So far, I honestly don’t think I will even get my products-which I really wanted before Christmas- but I’m sure that’s not going to happen. I’ve emailed about 6 times and only got 2 replies :( I also requested a refund - OVER $200- which I still have not had a response from. It’s been over TWO MONTHS and tariffs or not - I think you need to change your website & confirmation email and not say orders usually ship within 2-3 DAYS! Or do you mean MONTHS? Has anyone who purchased pet covers in Oct 2025 ever received their order? As one comment I read - it’s NOT funny! 🐾

If I could give no star I would
If I could give no star I would. Appalling customer service. Repeatedly contacted this company. Repeatedly told (when they did bother to answer!!!) that it was being referred for my queries to be answered. I ordered mid October and have been told now, in December that my money was being returned. I had asked over and over where my order was. I was offered 20% off but still wasn’t told delivery time. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They should not be able to advertise. Even now I am repeatedly being sent email promoting their products. Once the money shows in my account I will be blocking them. Reading other reviews the response from the company is always the same. It states there is a support team always willing to help. That is utter rubbish. This is a copy and paste statement and is untrue. The support is probably Ai and more often than not ignores your call for help anyway! This company needs investigating. Funny fuzzy response to this is outrageous! Ff have replied by asking for my order number and contact details! That is a joke I must have sent a dozen emails asking where my order is! Most of these were not even responded to. Now they are asking me to contact support again! This company are a joke. They won’t locate my order now because they cancelled it! Without warning!
