I ordered a cooling mat for my dog at the beginning of the summer, it's now mid-October and still hasn't arrived. I've been waiting about 4-5 months. Each time I contact I get a generic response that they cannot refund whilst the item is in transit (absolute BS) and they are sure I will love my item when it arrived - frustrated is an understatement. I've ordered a couple of dog beds from them a few years ago and was really impressed by the quality and by how quickly they arrived but this is absolutely ridiculous! If a real person emailed me I might feel a bit differently. How they are allowed to do business like this is beyond me.

Ordered a bed cover several months ago, , tracking doesn't work, tried to get comment from company with no success. I have little expectation of receiving product, refund or feedback.

I placed an order with funnyfuzzy.com in early September, and after a month with no movement, I reached out. I was asked to wait "a little bit longer." I waited a week, and then requested my order be canceled along with a refund. I was told I would to informed when the refund had been processed. After eight days with no progress, I reached out again, and have heard nothing (ten days after being told the refund is being "processed."). I don't want to believe this business is a scam, but I am waiting for them to prove me wrong.

I ordered couch covers at the end of July and here I am on October 17, 2026 and still have not received my product or any tracking information. I have emailed at least 6 times including again today asking for information and all I get is a we are sorry, but no explanation for the delay. My last email I requested a refund and to cancel my order, but have received no response. Terrible customer service and company to deal with.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FUNNYFUZZY – READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING! I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from FunnyFuzzy to think twice. I placed my order on 3rd June 2026 and, as of October, I still haven’t received my item. For months, I’ve been told it has been shipped and is supposedly still “in transit at sea”. Given how long this has dragged on, it’s difficult to understand how the shipment still hasn’t arrived. FunnyFuzzy provided a tracking number, but it has shown no updates, leaving me with no way to verify where my order actually is. When I requested a refund, they refused. The lack of accountability and the constant excuses are incredibly frustrating. A customer should not have to spend nearly four months chasing an order they have already paid for, only to be denied a refund when the item still hasn’t arrived. Looking into the company further, I found numerous complaints from other customers reporting missing orders, prolonged delivery delays, tracking issues and difficulties obtaining refunds. These reports describe experiences remarkably similar to mine. I also came across reports of legal action involving the company, which raises further concerns for potential customers. It is astonishing that so many customers are reporting similar problems while the company continues operating as usual. Customers deserve transparency, reliable delivery information and a fair resolution when orders are not fulfilled. MY ADVICE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FUNNYFUZZY WITHOUT READING THE REVIEWS FIRST! Do your research before handing over your money. I wish I had looked more closely at other customers’ experiences before ordering. Nearly four months later, I have no item, no refund and no satisfactory explanation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend FunnyFuzzy.

On July 20, 2026, I placed an order that has yet to be delivered. Despite ongoing correspondence with the company, I have been informed only that the shipment has not been dispatched, even though payment was processed immediately. I have requested a refund; however, I have received no further response. I’m now starting a complaint with the BBB. Don’t buy from them!!!!

Scam!!! Ordered two dog beds in June still haven’t received not received. Not reputable site!!!
