Our covers stink
Our covers stink. We waited three months to get these stupid covers. We contacted so many people because it took so long to get them. From the end of October until the beginning of December every person told us it's in a port somewhere and they couldn't track it which anyone knows is b***s***. As soon as we started the procedure to get our money back off our credit card because it was a scam then a human being finally contacted my husband. I refuse to talk to anyone because I was so pissed. I went on their Facebook page to see if anyone else had made any comments and every single post had anywhere from 1 to 20 comments but you couldn't see them! Those little emoji faces- 50% of them were angry faces so at least I know that we're not the only PO'd former customers. Then when we finally got our purchase after many many conversations, the purchase stinks. They don't stay in place and they don't fit the couch. When asked for the measurements of the couch I measured the couch. I didn't measure for anything to be tucked in because I assumed there would be an extra couple inches on each piece. Those stupid squares that are supposed to go in the back of the couch never stay in place. They are useless. How's that? I don't like your product and I don't like your customer service. I would never ever recommend funny fuzzy to everyone.
