I purchased a dog bed from here and asked for a returns label for a refund on 6 November because I was not satisfied with the product but weeks later - multiple emails and trust pilot messages I still have no returns label. If I could give zero stars I would. FFPET285522 is my order - I would like to receive the returns label today!

The delays, lack of communication and unwillingness to provide an expected delivery date left me with no choice but to cancel my purchase of two covers for my couch. I had purchased one a few months ago the ago and it was quite attractive and good quality. But the lack of responsiveness just made doing business with Fuzzy not something I anm interested in or would reconsider in the future.

Very disappointed with communication... I ordered in August... just received my order in December... I tried to cancel my order but you said it was in route... that was 30 days after I placed my order. I needed it for vacation in September... will never order anything from your company!!!!

Product not as described, no support whatsoever the slightest bit of pressure and you can feel floor. Delivery was absolutely awful heard nothing for 2 weeks and when I chased this, I was told my delivery would be prioritised but again I still heard nothing for another few weeks. I tried to cancel the order and was told I needed to contact the delivery company and was given 3 incorrect numbers. I am now trying to return the item but currently the company will no lt provide me details of how to complete this. Currently £60 out of pocket and 2 absolute pieces of rubbish!! I'd give 0 stars if possible

As of 8th December I have still not received Order from 10th October. After numerous emails and asking for a refund,I have escalated to PayPal to recover my money. Do not use this company if it really even is a genuine company
