Everything was great. The only thing was that the delivery took longer than we thought, but we believe that to be because of supply chain issues resulting from the terrace.

Car Seat is really great and fits perfectly in the car. De delievery took very long.

I thought the bed i ordered for my dog was bigger. Its a bit small for my dog . but she enjoys it

Nice quality fabric looks really pretty on the sofa. The back cover should be a little larger so they can be tucked in easier. It did take a month to get the covers.

I really like the covers but giving it a 4 instead of 5 because shipping took forever.

I was very worried after reading reviews when I had already ordered and paid. After a bit of a wait I emailed them and got a reply the next day letting me know there was a backlog. The dog couch has arrived , not bad quality , just needs a little more stuffing to sit upright. The dog loves it.

Blanket is beautiful and my dog loves it. Not as cool as another cooling dog blanket I have but he likes it.

I was quite worried after looking at the reviews after i had placed my order on 22nd July but it had arrived today 29th July just as described. I bought the Reflective Dog Rain coat and my dog loves it, he looks awesome. It Will definitely keep him dry in the winter months here in the UK or the unpredictable weather. I also didnt get a tracking or dispatch email but looks like it came via royal mail. Thankyou. :) and my dog loves the squeeky free toy.
