FUNNYFUZZYReviews of funnyfuzzy.com

Update - Funny fuzzy reached out following this review and, after a couple of emails, we agreed that the order should be cancelled and payment refunded. I've received the refund today, as promised. I don't think they are a scam company, just not able to deliver in the timescales they promise. The products look fantastic and they have great marketing, it's just such a shame that they haven't worked out supply and delivery. Communication is hit and miss, I assume because of the sheer volume of emails they must receive to chase orders. In summary, although it hasn't been the best experience and I'm disappointed not to receive the order I placed, they have been very apologetic and refunded my order in full. I do hope they can sort out these issues. Order placed on 23rd August (FFPET272589). The shipping time is supposed to be 5-12 working days. I emailed them to chase the other on 14th September and got a reply offering me a 20% refund upon delivery, if I was prepared to wait. I agreed and asked for expected timescales, which they were unable to give. After a further 12 days I'd still heard nothing, so emailed again. I had no response and have since sent another 2 emails which have been ignored. I also regularly check junk mail and can confirm no further replies have been received. They have taken my money, failed to deliver and have now stopped contact altogether. I will update this review if I receive my order or a refund in the next 7 days. Otherwise I be taking legal action - the way this company operates is nothing short of theft.

Ordered my item on 26th August 2025. It hasn't arrived. I get regular emails on other products and items. On the 12th October 2025 I received a full refund of my money. Interestingly it happened after I posted my review on trust pilot. I adjusted my rating accordingly.

Over all nice bed .Back and sides could be stuffed more firm

I like the product but there is no communication about the delay in shipping between purchase and actual send. It took about 6 weeks to finally receive it. When trying to email customer service, it took abut 3 weeks to get a response- by then you think it is fraud. All it takes is email updates in the process vs silence.

Temps long avant l'expédition. Les articles sont de moins bonne qualité que ceux présentés sur les photos du site

La calidad del producto es bastante buena, sin embargo la entrega del pedido fue muy larga, estoy hablando de que me tardo en llegar casi medio año.
