Complete waste of time
I placed an order but over a week later they still hadn't decided to post it. I contacted the support team who just ignored my emails. I am still waiting for a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Rip off!
Do not buy from them. Period. I spent $60 on non slip arm covers and got 4 big napkins. NO RESPONSE to many emails? A total rip off. UPDATE: I responded immediately to Funny Fuzzy's request for photos. This EXACT same information was sent to them on Dec 4th. Absolutely no response. I have now filed formal complaints with the BBB and PA Attorney General. I will NOT stop until I get what I paid for.

If I could give zero I would I have just received my new dog bed please do not order from this site it is a rip off they don’t come from the uk I feel stupid for ever ordering from them the dog bed will be in the bin it isn’t fit for purpose they need to be shut down . It’s all a scam the bed is nothing like what we ordered it looks like a child has made it !!! I just hope they get caught and stop taking peoples hard earned money … 😡

2 Monate warten für billig Kram
Habe mehr als 2 Monate auf die Bestellung gewartet. Körbchen sieht überhaupt nicht aus wie auf dem Bild. Deutlich kleiner, billiges Material. Für den Preis nicht in Ordnung.

Se potessi darei 0 stelle. Ho fatto un ordine il 15 novembre e alla data attuale mi deve ancora arrivare. Ho mandato più mail ma la risposta è sempre stata la stessa “ci scusiamo per il disagio le chiediamo di portare pazienza” oppure “abbiamo sollecitato il team e il magazzino per la spedizione”. Il traking lascia a desiderare aggiornano ogni morte del papa e ieri mi hanno fatto un aggiornamento dicendo che alle 16.20 del 17/12 avevano provato a consegnare ma l’indirizzo era sbagliato e provavano a chiamare per una seconda consegna. Concludo dicendo che il pomeriggio sono stata a casa e NON c’è stata nessuna consegna.

I’ve purchase a dog bed from Funny…
I’ve purchase a dog bed from Funny Fuzzy previously and my dogs like it, plus it does seem like decent quality. However do not expect it to arrive in any timeframe you may think reasonable, and don’t expect any updates or replies to emails asking for updates. Service is non existent and to be honest that creates a lack of trust. I wouldn’t be purchasing from them again and would suggest everyone look elsewhere. Emails had been sent to funny fuzzy without reply 🤷‍♂️

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I still haven’t received my dog beds. I ordered on November 28. It’s December 17. As per their website, they are supposed to send a tracking number. There website says shipping can anywhere from 7-30 days. I received an email that they shipped the item but no tracking number. I have reached out to them by email multiple times requesting a tracking number. I’ve been given the run around every time. It’s alway “shipment has been delayed.” I always look at reviews for companies on Facebook and this time I didn’t. Shame on me. This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will be disputing the charge on my card if I do not receive my dog beds as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. UPDATE: Trustpilot reached out to me and said FunnyFuzzy would like some more information to help with this problem, so I provided what they asked for. My name, phone number and order number. FUNNYFUZZY RESPONSE: "We've been working to locate your order, but we haven't been able to track it down just yet. To assist you more efficiently, we've sent a request via Trustpilot asking for your order number. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at (their email) our team is always here and happy to help". I have emailed multiple times. Same response. I still have not heard anything back from them. I will say again, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.
