Delivery took months. When I contacted support for an update they advised of delay and that they would refund me 20% once my item arrived to compensate for the delay. However this never occurred and they have not replied to emails. The item itself was not beneficial for our dog. It may be for a lighter or smaller dog. But by the time the item had arrived it was too late for me to return for a refund. Disappointing experience.

Preferably zero star rating. I placed my order on 18th July 2025. Received today 22nd December 2025. They have ignored any communication. I note companies house shut company down some time ago. Have reported company to my credit card issuer.

I ordered a leaf shaped dog blanket on November 23. I have yet to receive it, nor have I received any tracking information telling me when I would receive it. Each time I email the company asking to cancel the order, I get the runaround and they tell me someone will look into a resolution and get back to me. No one ever does.

Exhausting customer service process. I ordered a coat for my dog, very carefully measured, checked and double checked. The coat should have had room to spare, however it was too tight / did not fit. They try everything for you NOT to return the item, despite several requests for their returns process. Multiple emails later spanning over a month I eventually agreed to accept a 50% discount for a coat that I cannot use because they clearly were not going to provide return instructions. I decided to take this as the cost of returning to China probably wasn’t worth the hassle. I also lost the original postage so ended up with £18, even though it had cost £42. Very disappointing and a real shame because the coat is very good. Would not use again as measuring guide is not accurate. It took about a month to arrive and here I am in winter with no coat for my dog! Update following response from Funnyfuzzy: Their team DID NOT reach out via email with more information and next steps and the matter WAS NOT resolved to my satisfaction. I reluctantly agreed to a discount due to their terrible customer service and refusal to advise of their returns process,

Appalling service. The parcel I order took just shy of a month to arrive with very little correspondence. The return process even worse. Avoid at all cost. 0 stars if possible

Do not you use this company, still no order, no updates on when or even iff the order will arrive and no customer service .....just awful plain and simple !! THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY ITS BASED IN CHINA
