DO NOT order from this company! I ordered 2 couch covers OVER 2 months ago, and they still arent here. I asked to cancel order and recieve a refund; they denied me!

My one year old cockerpoo took approximately two minutes to rip into her new bed. Industructible - I don’t think so. Total waste of money.

CHINA - DO BETTER!
So far my package has not arrived from two months ago when I ordered NOT KNOWING IT WAS FROM CHINA. I got an email for shipping with a tracking number WEEKS after I even ordered it showing "USPS facility" but not where ... since it arrived from CHINA and multiple ports that it goes through from there and after Chicago many other stops - it's very vague ... and it sits for days at one mysterious facility after another and doesn't move. When I inquire - I get their polite responses with "we know your are frustrated" and we understand your "urgency" ... what the heck is that? They need to set up distribution sites in the USA and other countries and pay more for that set up than just merely cute advertisements. 99% of the company effort should be AFTER the item is ordered and not just collecting money from people and then taking the longest times on record for a product to arrive - that is if it never arrives. I ordered from them once before and the product arrived quickly and has been great ... that was the only reason I decided to order again. There is no telling what shape it will be in IF it EVER gets here going through two months of who knows what. From now on I will only order from my local retailers, or go in person to a brick and mortar store and shop. China - DO BETTER
