Took too long and no information to an estimate of when I’d get it. Never was told that it would come vacuum packed and took 3 days to get to expand to normal size.

From the photo, I thought it would be better formed without the support of walls. It essentially lays almost flat, but our dogs like it.

I didn’t realize this company was shipping from overseas. It took a long time to receive the item. If you need something quick, I wouldn’t order from them.

What I received was not what the picture showed. The bed I received was certainly not a large but rather a small to medium. The picture indicated the bed would be much larger than what I received. My 35lb dog barely fits on this bed.

I like your items but your delivery is terrible! I’ve emailed you and received no response! I ordered several more items and so far I only received the dog bed and that to also took a very long time PATRICIA DEROSA

Delivery took too long which tells me that it was made outside of the U.S. This also tells me that the product, which is good looking, and longevity is yet to be determined. It also tells me that it was made in a country where poor people make it for a few cents on the dollar and some fat cat reaps huge profits for an expensive item .

The items are great, they fit nicely on my couch and look awesome. The delivery timeframe was not great. Website says 1-3 days for shipping but it didn’t ship for almost a month. Only after I requested to cancel the order and get a refund did it ship and when it arrived, the packaging looked terrible. It was a giant ball that could be mistaken for a turkey. Nothing was folded nicely and placed in a package with care.
