They are unresponsive and I purchased…
They are unresponsive and I purchased through Afterpay. After the bot, I was able to get a live agent. I was told to contact the merchant. No solution. Then I read the other reviews. I alerted Afterpay assuming they would want to know about a merchant they sponsor. But I don't think they really care. Tread lightly with Funnyfuzzy.com.

Ware am 20.08-25 bestellt und nie erhalten
Ware am 20.08-25 bestellt und per PayPAL bezahlt. Bis zum 29.11.keine Wahre erhalten. Habe daraufhin storniert und am 30.11. eine Stornierungsbestätigung erhalten mit der Zusage, dass ich innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen mein Geld zurückerstattet bekomme. Darauf warte ich bis heute (22.01.2026). Heute habe ich den Fall bei PayPAL gemeldet und mein Geld von PayPAL zurück erhalten.

SCAM!
SCAM! Been waiting for 5 months for my covers. The first order arrived as a trial the quality was OK so I made a larger order this did not arrive and Funny Fuzzy do not respond to any emails

Wish I could give 0 stars
Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy from this company wish I had read the reviews. Quick to take your money but then no order received when you email them they tell you they are escalating your order but you still don’t receive it and then they ghost your emails. Absolute shocking

Site à fuir car délais pas respectes
Colis commandé fin novembre et toujours pas reçu après bientôt 2 mois quand on laisse un message via le site aucune réponse. Sur Instagram on me répond que mon colis à partir mais rien ne part c’est vraiment une arnaque alors que dans le passé nous n’avions eu aucun souci sur les 2 précédentes commandes. Ce cadeau était pour Noël c’est un panier dans lequel le Chien peut se blottir !!!! J’en aurai pas besoin en été !!!! Inadmissible les arguments avancés par le vendeur.

6 month delay for shipping
I spent nearly $200 on a dog bed in July 2025 and a few weeks after ordering I contacted the company as I had not received my order. Despite the fact they responded to my email saying shipping would happen soon, I believed I'd been scammed and wished I'd read these reviews first. 6 MONTHS later in January 2026, out of the blue, I received my order. No communication from the company AT ALL about the delays.

Wish I could give negative stars!!!
Wish I could give negative stars!!!! Shocking company and wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Spent £100 on a car seat cover and a dog bed, and two months later nothing has arrived and they aren’t giving me any updates on when it can be expected. I sent an email complaining about them ignoring my previous emails asking for an update, and they finally responded saying sorry they missed my earlier emails, but then didn’t actually give any information on what I’d been asking!! Luckily raised this with my credit card company, but that still hasn’t been resolved because they are waiting for a response from this company. Truly shocking service and bordering on fraudulent. Edit: response from company says that I have claimed back the charge from my credit card company - does this mean that the company just takes lots of orders, keeps the money and hopes that you can resolve it yourselves with your card company?! Complete fraud. Still no response from the company since December and it is now March. No sign of my order and no update. At no point have I asked the company for a refund or to cancel my order, I still want the items. WHEN WILL THEY TURN UP?! 3.5 months and counting…….
