Très mauvaise qualité. j'ai reçu le panier de transport pour mon chien et je vois que la qualité est vraiment médiocre...

Frankly not sure how to rate, so picked the middle. It took over two months to receive. I wrote after one month and was told it was because of tariffs and was offered a discount on a future purchase. Then I started getting updates on shipping so I waited. Finally arrived taped (like I would all the way around head to toe), secure. Got thru it, box was a little banged up. Not sure if it was opened. It is made in China. There were no instructions included. I looked at the site, it just says non slippery, but the back has a plastic cover which certainly is slippery. Had to look on Amazon for similar style, shows them removing shiny backing. I’m not stupid (most of the time) but if there was a note or even printing on the back saying “remove here” life would have been easier. That all being said, once the backing is off it’s sticky and I think it will be fine on the stairs. The picture on line matches the product and seems to be well made and hopefully sturdy. My dog would not go up and down the LVP stair covering, and we ourselves are afraid of falling since we’re getting a little older and balance isn't what it was. I hope this takes care of our issues, but, PLEASE INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS in the package or in the online description. Thanks,

Love the fabric and size, but the bottom cushion is a joke. It’s very thin and lumpy would’ve been nicer. Had it been made out of the foam the sides were made out of. I had to purchase two pillows to put in the bottom of it.

Je mets 3 étoiles car service client très réactif sur Messenger , j’ai attendu quand même 2 semaines et demi… mais le colis n’est toujours pas expédié à ce jour donc j’ai demandé un remboursement et il m’ont remboursé. Bon dommage que je n’ai pas reçu mon colis .

It took a very long time to get a dog bed and when I 'get it it was broke. I didnt bother to send it back it would have been a another couple of months before i got a new one.Also I havent received a part of a couch cover that i ordered. i should have only given a two or one star very disapointing

Super long en terme de livraison . Pas de suivi réellement sauf si on envoie 3 mails pour relancer notre commande .
