I was disappointed that it took approximately 2 months to receive my order. I was not notified of a delay. I had to inquiry as to where my purchase was. Once I made the inquiry they followed up with a quick response saying there would be a further delay. They made an offer of a discount on my purchase but I have not seen anything as of yet.

Order Order FFPET286311 Over a month since the order was placed and still no delivery. Very disappointed as the first order earlier this year arrived in time and was very good quality. Communication has been poor. Update - Some communication received today I am waiting for a delivery date or a refund. I will be happy to up date this review when I hear more, and if the order or refund arrives. I would stress that the first set of covers I did receive are really good and arrived without a problem. Updated 01/12 refund received fairly quickly once requested. Am disappointed though as I needed another set of these covers.

Ordered sofa covers 2 months ago and have not received anything. Can't get a reply from customer services. *UPDATE* 2 weeks after my initial review above, Funny Fuzzy contacted me to ask for my order details. The sofa cover was then sent and has now arrived. It is very high quality and a brilliant product. Just a shame my initial experience was so poor and only a poor review on here prompted action. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars.

Ordered 2 scratch blankets October 7th. Took 6 weeks for delivery. Quality of the blankets were good. They do respond to customer service emails in about 48 hours. Order was to come with a surprise gift which I did not receive. I probably would not order from them again as delivery time is much too long .
