FunnyFuzzy has a 5-star product, but 1-star service. So that's why I went with 3 stars. I absolutely love the slipcovers I ordered from them, but it took 3 months for them to arrive, and they didn't communicate at all---I had to reach out to them through social media to get any updates. And the updates they gave were inaccurate. So if they can figure out how to speed up shipping and send out tracking codes that actually work, I will change this to 5 stars!

I have ordered from you previously and had no issues. The two items that I ordered in September were a different matter. One arrived in the middle of November and the other was delivered last week. BOTH paid for well in advance of their arrival!

Product ok but you don't tell people it's sent from china and takes weeks to arrive.

The dog car seat is really nice and my dog loves it it’s the time it took to get here that wasn’t great. I wish I had known it was coming from over seas maybe I would have thought differently about ordering. I kept on reaching out for tracking and sometimes I would receive a response and sometimes not. Finally one day it just showed up so if you can wait a long time to receive your order I do recommend purchasing from this company.

The sleigh bed is very cute. Shipping took forever 60 days . Without updates I had to keep reaching out to them to see what was going on

Commande passée le 06/10/25, débitée immédiatement de mon compte bancaire, mais depuis le statut est resté figé à "Confirmée". Plusieurs mails envoyés au service client, sans jamais de réponse ... Jusqu'à recevoir la commande le 17/12/25 ! Le service clients par mail est muet, mais les produits reçus sont conformes et de bonne qualité

La merce.. cioè la cuccia per il cane. è arrivata dopo 2 mesi. Non sono riuscita bene a montarla perché c'era nulla di descrizione.....ma alla fine il cane l'ha accettata volentieri.

Wir haben Ende Juli 2025 bei funnyfuzzy einen Autositz für unsern Hund bestellt und diesen nach mehreren Erinnerungen Ende November erhalten - eine negative Bewertung auf diesem Portal eingeschlossen. Jetzt können wir diese Bewertung zurücknehmen und feststellen, dass der Autositz einfach SPITZE ist und unbedingt zu empfehlen.
