Disappointing
I ordered one dog bed from you but was billed for 2 and 2 arrived. Delivery took 5 weeks and the bed is disappointing. Communication with you was poor.

Terrible customer service
Took over a month to receive my item and could not get a response from several emails to their customer service when I wanted to cancel my order because I ordered something elsewhere. Terrible customer service and not truthful about shipping time. Now I have an item I do not need.

I placed the orders in October of 2025
I placed the orders in October of 2025. An after numerous emails and messages back and forth between myself and your customer service , being told that my orders were still at sea…..??? Not receiving a requested refund (. Numerous times) which was ignored. They finally were found!!!! And shipped of all places FROM THE USA….. I RECEIVED THEM BOTH LAST WEEK. 4 months after I ordered them.

It took months to receive my order of…
It took months to receive my order of stairs. You sent the wrong one, a 4 step. I ordered a 3 step There are no instructions. I can't use a 4 step it's too high.

Stay Away, 2.5 months for order fulfillment
This had to be one of the most frustrating online orders I have ever made. Ordered mid November - received February 4th. I could have learned how to make patterns, how to sew, ordered my material and made this myself in the time it took for this to arrive. Despite many emails trying to get updates, pleading for a cancellation, I would get vague replies ensuring that I would receive the item and that it had already been shipped - that I would get a tracking update once it was transferred to the USPS. Knowing that this was coming from China I could expect it to take some time, but 2 1/2 months is ridiculous. It wasn’t until I threatened to blast them with negative reviews anyway possible that miraculously I got a shipping update. Unless you have the patience and faith of the Dalai Lama I would not order from them, no matter what coupon or discount they are offering.
