The quality of the product is excellent but…Shipping time was over two months and information from customer service regarding slow delivery was sorely lacking. It took so long to receive my order that I thought I had been scammed. Just knowing it would take that long would have eased my anxiety.

Product is beautiful and meets my expectations.

Just over one year ago I bought the large sized bluish gray plaid colored sofa cover. Its beautiful, well made and looks to be worth much more than I paid for it. It's thick and plush and my Akita's favorite place to lay. I've been using it on our carpeted floor and its still as thick and plush as it was the day I received it. Since my dog loves it so much, I decided to buy an exact duplicate so he never has to go without between washes. Unfortunately, the cover I received exactly one year later, is no where near the quality of the cover I received last October 2024. There is a very real noticeable difference between the two. The newer cover is not as thick and plush as the old one. You can clearly see the difference between them. The newer one isn't as thick and plush. And my 80 lb Akita definitely notices that they are not made equal. Could this be because of tarrifs? Idk.. but the quality of the products has noticeably declined over the last year. Its a shame. I wouldn't take a chance ordering any additional products from FunnyFuzzy because of this.

Malgré un délai très long ... 4 semaines, je mets quand même 4 *. Le produit a fini par arriver. Peu de réponses précises du support mais des réponses. Je pense qu'ils devraient indiquer que les produits peuvent partir de Chine et donc jusqu'à 4 semaines d'attente.... merci pour le petit jouet à l'intérieur... mon Chien l'a pris directement :-) ....donc patience pour les clients qui attendent leurs commandes...bonne journée.

Délai de livraison très long, après 1 mois d'attente j'ai pris peur en lisant les commentaires j'ai donc annulé ma commande et avec grande stupéfaction j'ai été remboursé 2 jours après. Donc ce site n'est pas une arnaque.
