The couch covers are great and look so good. I’m very happy with them but I didn’t think I was going to get them. It took months for delivery. After many requests for updates and receiving apologises with the promise of 20% discount for the delay I received a refund from PayPal. When they did finally arrive I reversed the refund to PayPal but my emails were ignored regarding the discount refund they promised for the delay

La livraison était trop longue , deux mois

We received the bed we ordered however disappointed that it wasn't as deep as expected going by the pictures. Trying to send back which is a pain as they decide how quickly to respond to emails.

Order received was not what I had ordered

I want to start by saying the customer service is VERY responsive, which I really appreciated. Every time I emailed them to follow up on the arrival of my Sofa cover they responded within 24 hours. The problem I had was that it took me almost 3 months to get my order and the company was not able to get specific updates for me, only that it was in progress. 3 months is a very longtime to wait when it says just a couple of weeks online. Additionally the quality of the product is very stiff and shows every crease that happens when you sit on it. I wish it were a softer more forgive product. That is why I only gave it 3 stars.

Product arrived safely, the bed was not as thick as I was expecting; it looked thicker in the photos. However, Oscar seems to like it.

While the product is quality, the updates and length of time on delivery is not great.
