If I could give zero stars i would. Placed order in mid July.... still nothing. Order says still pending and Tracking number doesn't work. I have email the company 4 times and get a reply about thanks for being patient and they are looking into locating .....never got a follow up..when I emailed to say I would be reporting the company as fraudulent and contacting my bank....never got a response. So please save your money and avoid. Do no fall for any generic responses about following up and this is only a delay tactic. Please beware!

If i could put 0 stars i would. Order two pet covera for couches may 22 1026. Took my money. And to this day never received them. Emailed 6 times all automated. So i guess im out of 212.00 with the free gift they supposedly sent with them. No tracking number nothing if you don’t wanna lose your money, don’t order from them terrible because they were really good. My girlfriend got them a year ago and they were very nice but after reading all these complaints I wish I read them before hand stay far away from this company

I wish I didn’t have to select (1) star! This company is a scam and joke. I purchased stairs for my senior dog on June 20th 2025 and as of September 15th, still have not received tracking. In 13 weeks since I ordered - I have reached out to “customer service” SEVEN TIMES and they refuse to help me. I’ve asked for tracking 4x they respond many days later “we’ll look for that” and have still never gotten tracking info. Ive asked for a refund 3x and they’ve responded “we can’t do that because the item has not delivered”. An absolute total joke and scam of a “company”. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a dog bed on 14th May (around £70 by the way). Almost three weeks passed and it had still not been dispatched, so I tried to cancel the order. They simply just did not respond, but the item was dispatched shortly after. Cut to 15th September and I am STILL trying to get a refund, having returned the item via tracked delivery. The item had not been opened as I had long since found another bed for my dog. Shocking response times to emails, and they can never find anything in terms of records, previous emails etc. so you will be locked into a game of email tennis if you don't recap on every interaction. Id recommend to avoid this company. But if you have already placed an order, attempt to cancel it with them directly, and then just get ready to go straight to your bank / credit card provider because this process has been painful, to put it lightly.

Been waiting since July. No tracking number, very little correspondence unless prompted. Lots of flowery words and little or no action. I am so sorry I ordered from this company. Still waiting for my product. Will it show? Only time will tell. Wish they could be more honest.

Order placed in June—still no bed and no response I ordered a dog bed in June. In July, I was told it had been dispatched, but it never arrived and I was not provided with any useful tracking information. It is now September. I followed up again almost two weeks ago and have received absolutely no response. After waiting approximately three months, I still have no bed, no explanation and no resolution. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I’m posting here because the company appears to respond to public reviews when private customer enquiries are ignored. I will happily update this review if Fuzzy contacts me and resolves the issue. Order number: FF24284AU

It’s been a month since I was told my order shipped. When I try to track it through their website it always says the tracking info is incorrect. I’ve gotten a couple responses to my complaints saying “it’s a popular item so it takes longer”, “tech issues with tracking”, etc. This company is a scam and I wish I’d have read these reviews before ordering. Update: typical reply from fuzzyfunny below. I have provided my order number at least a dozen times to them. I have demanded my order be cancelled and refunded. They either tell me the product is so popular it just takes a long time to stock, or they ignore me. I’m calling my credit card company to contest the charges.
