After order(s) were placed and confirmed, I got NO notifications or status updates until AFTER the item(s) were received. And then, a full two weeks after delivery, I receive a shipping update email. In the time between order placement and delivery, I attempted in vain and frustration, to contact funny fuzzy. The customer service phone number did NOT work and my emails to customer service went unacknowledged for WEEKS.

i bought 4 sets, one power supply failed the first time i plugged it in, getting it replaced has been a nightmare

It took forever to get it with terrible customer service. I did eventually get the product and it was good but they really need to be more transparent about where they are shipping form and how long it really takes. The fact that it was around a month just for the product to be processed in there facility is beyond a joke. Waiting months for a product makes you really think you have been scammed n little to no contact response from the company. Do better
