Commande ##FR55668 passée le 8 juillet 2026, a été mis en « transit » le 22 juillet 2026 et à ce jour, le 17 septembre 2026, le statut de la commande n’a plus bougé. Ayant dû racheter l’intégralité de ma commande ailleurs pour l’accueil de mon chiot, j’ai effectué plusieurs demandes de rétractation ainsi que plusieurs relances de remboursement par mail sans jamais avoir de retour.

Fraudulent company I ordered Urban Voyager ISOFIX Dog Car Seat with LATCH System for $84 ORDER #FF741511S in MAY. This is now mid September and I've heard nothing in regards to this order. I will be reversing the charges on my credit card ASAP.

I placed my order (ORDER #FF38295U) 36 days ago and, incredibly, it still hasn’t even been shipped. What makes matters worse is the complete lack of customer service. I emailed asking for an update and they haven’t even had the courtesy to reply. After waiting more than five weeks with no dispatch and now no response to my email, I’m genuinely beginning to question whether this company intends to fulfil the order at all. Delays can happen, and I can understand that, but ignoring a customer who has paid for an order and has been waiting 36 days is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience so far, I certainly couldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Don’t waste your time. Ordered on 22nd June, received a tracking link on 29 July. Link was broken and didn’t work. Multiple emails later, no responses and it’s now 16th September, still with no response, no item, no tracking link and no refund. Definitely a scam!!

Waited for 3 months, no communication, had to chase numerous times for updates. Ended up with a refund finally but was not refunded the extra delivery that I paid! Do not purchase from this company!

This is a scam. I’ve ordered the beginning of August, we are almost at end of September . It’s more than a month and I have not received my item and not even the refund. They also disappeared and not replying. I’ve asked the refund back and I haven’t received anything from them. I lost my money, it was as a big order. I’m pretty sure I’m never going to see the item. Absolutely DON’T buy here.
