All products are wonderful. Super pet friendly and excellent quality. We love all items purchased so far. The couch covers are amazing. The secret heart toys are beyond precious. Keep up the good work. I am giving 4 stars because it takes so long to receive orders.

Shipping took too long, and they always answered when following up. Product is good quality. Colour was not what I expected but that happens often when buying online.

My dogs loved these beds right out of the package! So easy to remove cover and wash them. We are all happy! Delivery was slow but they kept in contact with me reassuring me they would come.

It took a long time to get the product and shipping information was not updated until I asked about it. They responded very quickly and I started to get the shipping updates. They also followed up later to make sure I got it so their customer service is excellent! I love the product and would buy it again or recommend to others who have pets.

I love the funny fuzzy cover. It took a long time to receive but it is soft and plush and my pups love it!

Ordered in September 2025 and never received my items by December I asked to cancel and get a refund which they agreed acknowledged my refund but then never sent it. I have had no refund and no items ever delivered even though I have paid! I have now changed my review, as since this I have now received a refund although it took a while I’m really happy with the communication and the issue being resolved. Thank you

Well it took a very long time to arrive. I ordered the extra large bed and it's pretty small, kind of humorous actually, I am keeping it. Not a bad product, just wish I had ordered a larger one.
