Like so many of these reviews, I ordered in December, they charged my credit card immediately, and now we are in mid February. No product. No response whatsoever from any customer service emails that I’ve sent, which is more than 10. No updates. No refund. No cancellation of my order. They just took my money. Period.

Took forever to arrive, when it finally did it stunk of cigarettes and was cheaply made junk. Wouldn’t buy from this store again.

The item took 2.5 months to reach me - way past the time for a Christmas gift. I ordered on 12/1/2025 and did not receive until mid-February 2026. In addition, the quality of the item is poor. I spent over $50 on the item, but it's worth maybe $15. Would not recommend and will never order from Funny Fuzzy again.

Terrible customer service (non-responsive to emails) and ridiculously long delivery wait times (since as we now realize), this is a company that doesn't stock any products within the US, but rather, drop-ships everything from China when you order it. I will probably never see my money or my item. Lesson learned.
