FunnyFuzzy company quickly responded with a confirmation of our order. Our item arrived 5 weeks after we placed the order. It was poor quality. After the order confirmation, their communication consisted of many email advertisements for their products. They did not provide any telephone, email, or address information for us to use to communicate with them. I had one opportunity to contact them by email in one of their advertisement emails. I carefully typed my concerns in the box then the email did not send when I attempted to send it. I will never use this company again.

you suck order in Nov 4 get product in Feb I tried to cancel and you tell me I cant cancel order

Commande arrivé avec presque 3 mois de retard et grande difficulté à contacter le service client.

I ordered in October and did not get a tracking number or any way to contact anyone about my order. I was not given an estimated date of delivery or anything. Then in February, months after I ordered and needed the product, it shows up. I will never order again and advise everyone that I know to not use this company!!

What went wrong - where to begin? Ordered and charged for product in October 2025. No follow up on status of order No mention about severe delays in order- totally ghosted FINALLY received order in February 2026 - it’s okay- not worth the wait. I suggest you DISCLOSE lengthy wait times to your customers!! Will not be purchasing again

This was the W O R S T online shopping experience I have been through. Oct - Feb to receive my product.i am refused my full refund, the item couldn’t be tracked, and when I received it the quality was below par. The bolster was already worn down, the replacement from Chewy was higher quality which made this one look awful. Customer services was the probably one of the slowest as far as online shopping. How this company exist is beyond me.

Suite à ma commande (que j’ai reçu au bout de 4 semaines et 1 jour), je reçois un produit de qualité médiocre. Je suis abasourdie qu’on ait pu m’envoyer un article avec des fils qui sortent de toutes les coutures, il y a même une tâche, et surtout votre promesse de rembourrage et de confort est juste de la publicité mensongère. Franchement je ne m’attendais pas à ça, même aliexpress pourrait faire de la meilleure qualité, on dirait du dropshipping, rien avoir avec la photo sur votre site. Et en plus, personne de daigne me répondre par mail. Service client déplorable
