Love the couch covers but they took almost 3 months to arrive - never knew if they were coming.

It was what we needed. Took a long time to get it, though. Didn't know it had to come from overseas, but at least we got one. No one else seemed to have replacement covers.

Although shipping was 2 months I’m giving them a 4 star because I like the dog carry bed a lot!! Customer service was also very good and kind.

Love the product. Only gave 4 star because of length of delivery. Having said that when I queried delivery I did get a reply the same day. Impressive, thanks.

The item I bought which was the tunnel bed is great. I just had to wait for a very long time to receive it.
