The covers are too stiff and do not lay smoothly on the sofa. Quite disappointing after waiting 2 months for delivery.

Nice cushion and my dogs like it, but really too expensive for what you get. It's not what you see on the commercial. No customer service, they do not answer to the mails when I contacted them for the delivery.

It takes months to receive orders. One order after not receiving my order for 3 months I assumed it never went thru. So I again placed an order for 1 of the items on the original order and this time I got it within a few weeks. Then a week later I got the 4 month old order. Now I have to figure out how to return it. The orders don't come with return info or labels. That being said I have to say that as far as the quality of of the items I have received from them I have been happy with.

L’expérience est assez moyenne. Un délai très très long. Un service client par mail plein de bonne parole mais ne tient pas ses promesses, « remise à réception produit » rien. Et au final, beaucoup de patience , le produit est de qualité moyen et trop cher vis à vis. Donc je ne pense pas renouveler l’expérience vu le grand silence de cette enseigne.

Receiving the item ordered takes months!!!!

I ordered from Funny Fuzzy before and had a good experience. This time was quite the opposite. I ordered covers for my patio furniture and the delivery took more than 2 months. When I contacted them for an update, they offered no way of tracking or real status. They did ask that I be patient. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

Avevo letto molte recensioni negative su questo sito ed ero preoccupata. Non sono velocissimi nella consegna e l'aggiornamento sullo stato dell' ordine non è dei migliori ma quando ho contattato il servizio clienti sono stati veloci e cortesi e gli articoli sono arrivati in tempi ragionevoli.

My last three orders have been late…very late. Pretty disappointed that it took me having to email several times about when the items(3) I ordered weren’t arriving. The orders were placed months and months ago.
