I was ordering a bed to my dog and i received it for 3 months and ypu send the wrong of the bed its too small to my dog but i ordered an extra large

I ordered this item nearly 6 months ago and it has only just arrived!!! repeated emails went unanswered.

Took over 2 months to receive. After many emails. When my order finally arrived it had a shipping date of FEBRUARY!!! I placed the order on November 29,2025. When I asked about shipping information. I was sent tracking number. That showed no tracking information until the February shipping date. Terrible. I will not be ordering anything else.

Ordered items in October and just received them February 15th!!! Had several texts back and forth with no help whatsoever and would not cancel or refund order! NEVER deal with this company again!!

My package hasn’t arrived it’s been a month I’ve sent 5 messages to customer service and haven’t received any response

The order was placed to fulfill the specific needs of a dog who had trouble going up the stairs. The order was placed for expedited shipping because the need was urgent. The order took 2 months to arrive. By this time, the dog was no longer in need of the product. There was no indication that expedited shipping equated to 2 months. I tried to cancel the order at one point but was told it couldn’t be canceled because it was in transit. I would kindly request a full refund, including the expedited shipping fee I paid.

I ordered a dog bed on 10th January and it still hasn’t arrived! That’s nearly 6 weeks ago! I have tried to contact customer services 3 times and had no reply. I’ve never come across such bad customer service. I’m giving them until Friday to contact me then I am taking it further

Huge delay (months) before delivery. Very poor customer service. Many many texts with minor reply. Wld certainly not recommend
