This is a fraudulent company, cheating pet parents in the UK. I’ve ordered car bed for my dogs over 7 weeks. They haven’t delivered it. I’ve emailed many times and got one reply. Still chasing my order. Never buying from them ever again . They are scammers.

I placed my order on January 23rd, and it has been stuck in China since January 24th with no movement or tracking updates since then. It has now been weeks without any progress. I have contacted customer service, but I have not received a meaningful response or resolution. Instead of properly investigating the issue, I was told to refuse the package upon delivery for a refund, which makes no sense given that the shipment has not moved at all. My last message was a week ago and I’m being ignored again. The lack of accountability and proactive support is extremely disappointing. When a package is clearly lost or stalled for this long, customers should not have to chase the company for answers. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Still waiting for a refund after placing my order on the 16th December 2025 and still not receiving it. I have emailed several times and asked to cancel my order and my emails have been ignored.

A FUIR !!

I placed my order on November 15, 2025. I received my order on February 10, 2026. You tell me what the problem was???

I strongly advise against this company. I bought a dog bed for my car on Black Friday and it’s still not arrived. I received an email on January 24th stating it was shipped but I haven’t seen any updates on the tracking number. After emailing customer support I got some lousy excuses.
