I ordered my item on November 10, 2025. It was delivered February 17, 2026. 97 days. Unacceptable. I have never dealt with such a disreputable company in all of my life, and I never will again.

Ordered item in November. Received it 2/15. If I didn’t reach out to the company I would have never received anything. Don’t even need the item anymore. Requested a return and was ignored.

Terrible experience. Will never use this company again. Item purchased took 4 months to arrive. Communication was non-existent. When the item did finally arrive, while putting on the slip cover to the dog stairs, the material ripped. I would give them 0 stars!

Ordered in September and just received my package. Contacted customer service multiple times and they never responded. Tried to cancel, after 4 months with no action or response, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Terrible customer service. Will not order again. Would return product if I could, but I can’t imagine the nightmare that would be.

I made my purchase on 11/15/25. I sent numerous emails regarding my order which was not received until 2/16/26. I also purchased their shipping protection. I was told I could not obtain a refund until I received the item and refused delivery. So, I had to wait 3 months to receive my order!! I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and will not be making another purchase from them!!

My experience was very unhappy. It took 6 to 7 months to receive this product and I don’t believe the quality of the problem. Product was as good as I thought it would be needless to say 99% sure, I would never order from you again.
