Was not advised of extended delivery times product arrived too late asked to return address was not provided until several reminders sent. Now they say that parcel cannot be found

I placed an order Dec 18th on an 1-3 working days delivery. It never arrived and several emails to the support desk from mid Jan to mid Feb were never responded to. I wish I’d seen all these negative reviews before I ordered with them.

After months of numerous emails and delaying tactics I have at last got my refund. What a dreadful company to deal with. Buyer beware

Product took a long time to come, quality was fine, but it wasn't the right size. Customer services is TERRIBLE, I wait days and days for a response to my emails, there is no easy way to return items and it looks like you have to pay for postage yourself (although I can't be sure as haven't got that far yet) and they ask you to send photos, even though the product is brand new, not damaged, and complete in its packaging. I wanted to exchange but have given up and now buying elsewhere. I am still trying to arrange a return and refund weeks later. Absolutely terrible and this business shouldn't be able to operate if they are not adhering to consumer rights. Stick to Amazon!

I ordered the products FOUR MONTHS AGO and they finally shipped it to me. They kept claiming it was “in transit” but after the 10th time asking for a refund and opening cases with Shopify, they shipped it. Once they finally shipped it… It took less than a week and was even dated on the shipping label. Don’t lie to people. Also- the “gift” is a joke of a squeaky toy that’s too small for my Danes. Customer service was almost as bad as the shipping. I’d go weeks without a response and then they’d just repeat the same crap from their Google Translate. Buyer beware. (The crap isn’t high quality anyway)

Terrible experience. Either no communication or lies. Still trying to get a refund. Do NOT buy from them - this is apparently their business model.

I waited 3 1/2 months for the merchandise and it came as recliner when I ordered sofa. Have to return.

I ordered a couch cover, paid 79.00 and got a chair cover. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
