Spare yourself order somewhere
Sketchy site. Ignore all positive reviews. Stuff on website is cute. Placed my order on February 13. It’s March 13..I reached out to customer service. They apologized but had no info to give on tracking..

The worst customer service experience I've ever had
Initially delays with the order. As I needed new beds quickly due to one of my dogs coming out of an operation, and them stating that the delay was indeterminate, I cancelled the order. Despite this, about a month later the beds were shipped. I repeatedly enquired with their customer service team. After multiple delaying tactics and failures to provide return shipping information, I finally accepted their offer of a discount; honestly just to be done with it. At which point they gave me the shipping details but said I would be paying for the return. Hesitant to do that as I think it's unlikely I'll get a refund and will have been additionally stung for shipping. At time of writing still unresolved. Update 1 (2 days later): The day of first posting this I emailed the company to inform them i was done with dealing with them and their delaying tactics, and would be contacting consumer affairs. The next day i received a notification from paypal that the 40% discount was being processed by my bank. Still waiting on it actually to come back, but that signaled to me that I won't have to incur the additional expense of returning the beds. As far as the product goes, they're ok. Not a thick or supportive as they look on the website. Probably 3 stars on quality. But not really worth the money. All told this whole thing took 4 months to resolve. That was definitely not worth it

Worst experience
Worst experience. Ordered on 4Dec, 2025 and received my parcel on 24 Feb 2026. Zero assistance when I tried to contact customer service. The quality is also not the best

Very poor shipping was extremely slow offers of refunds not given 10% refund offered for over three months shipping not given very poor quality and lack of communication

No lo recomiendo
Para mí, la experiencia ha sido bastante mala. Han tardado dos meses en enviarme la cama para mi perro. Les mandé un montón de correos preguntando por la entrega; su contestación es que se estaba retrasando. Me dijeron que me hacían un reembolso del 10% por la espera. En otro correo, me hacían el 20% de reembolso. Una vez recibido el pedido, les reenvié el correo donde me decían lo del reembolso, y no sólo no lo han hecho, si no que ni siquiera me han contestado.

We only received enough medium sized…
We only received enough medium sized pillows and no cases for the largest pillows. We received 3 slotted cases and enough pillows to fill one. We ordered two beds and took 2-3 months to receive the incorrect order.

This took about 30 days to arrive…
This took about 30 days to arrive without a warning and I had asked several times to cancel the order, with no response. I bought a replacement in the meantime and then the item showed up after 30 days. I am still trying to obtain a refund but no one is responding.
