I waited nearly 3 months for my order
I waited nearly 3 months for my order, and when I was promised a 24% refund due to being late, that was never redacted. So when I actually received item, it was wrapped so tightly, thwart the normal form never came to. We had to doctor it up to make it useful. Because of the lengthy delivery date, I can’t even imagine trying to return for a full refund. It’s from China. NEVER AGAIN

Im giving a 1 star because i at least…
Im giving a 1 star because i at least got a dog bed. The bed was not the right size it was way smaller than what I ordered and I had no way to track the order. I sent 3 emails asking for an update and got no response. I will not order from them again.

Five months
Took 5 months for delivery and was promised 20 percent refund after delivery that I never received.

I waited so long for my order that I…
I waited so long for my order that I gave up waiting and cancelled my order which was accepted Then I get notification that the order was still shipped AFTER mutually agreed cancellation Then I see it was supposed to have been delivered on a day when I was home but received no notification. I have asked for proof of delivery as I don’t have it but no response I am asking my neighbors if they have seen it but in the meantime have asked for your return policy. No response to anything

WORST ON LINE COMPANY EVER
WORST ON LINE COMPANY EVER! I've never written a review either and like all the other negative reviews, I wished I'd checked reviews before placing my order. I placed my order on December 25, 2025 and to this day, March 7th, I still have not received my order. I too have received bogus emails and the fact that they mentioned to me that they were a "REAL" company, should have raised a red flag then, but it was already too late, I had already placed my order. I've received a few emails ensuring me that my item is being shipped and have not received it yet and could never provide a tracking number. What, are they walking the dogbed to America from China!?! Totally ridiculous! I too were told that I could refuse my delivery for a refund. I just want to be done with them!!! They should be put out of business.

We ordered our item in September for our aging dog and it finally arrived at the end of February, after she had already died. I can’t get anyone to respond about how to return it!

I Would Rate Them Zero if I Could
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It is obviously a sham company that talks a good storm about how the customer service "team" wants to help and deliver. Meanwhile they do not respond to emails with anything more than BS. They told me that I was contacting them after hours but they would get back to me ASAP. That was three days ago. I ordered a dog bed back in January 2026 and six weeks later, I still don't have it nor have they responded to my inquiries. But they charged my credit card. I should have read reviews before ordering from this outfit. I don't think they have any intention of filling orders, and, based on reviews, if they do, it will likely be with inferior merchandise that does not match what was advertised. I don't know where they are based, but obviously outside the U.S., where they will be hard to reach or be held accountable for their dishonest business practices. I'll be heading to a local brick and mortar store to purchase my dog bed. Seems there are more and more of these sham internet companies that give online shopping a bad name. In the case of Funny Fuzzy, they deserve every bit of negative review they get. I hope someone can put them out of business.

Took nearly 6 weeks for delivery
Item was ordered in January 19th and not received until February 28th. I had no idea this was going to ship from China when ordered.
