Delivery took quite a while, arrived in good condition. Not exactly what I was expecting, but will serve the purpose.

customer service is excellent

I really like the product. However, your customer service is unacceptable as far as communicating the status of the product in the almost 2 months time between ordering and finally receiving. There was no initial tracking number sent, and when I requested one, multiple times, it didn’t work. I was sure I had been scammed. For that reason, I will not order from your company again, although I do like the products you offer.

I got the protective bedspread as the cat was having urinary issues. It's a great size covers the whole bed and spares my linen. I ended up purchasing a second one so the bed protected while I washed one and for 2 lounge ones.
